Zoom is cheaper when comparing the features to Google Meet (AI summarization is a must for us, something that Meet doesn’t even have yet), and Slack has an edge with its Automation feature (custom forms integrated into the app, unlike creating a Google Form that sends you out of the app). You can connect Automation to Google Sheets. I want to switch to Workspace, but these standalone apps still have the edge as of May 2024

I am intrigued! Weve got google accounts for many of our roles. Some paid, some free, I'd like to unify them into one space... I guess i need to look for onboarding videos. I have questions like "can I migrate other accounts into the workspace?... And what does that look like in practice..." So many more... Guess I i better gonatart watching videos...

Is google earth still supported? I wondered about mapping or linking docs etc to a google site. Possibly for visual ancestry reference or history class reference.

i believe you can link maps to google sites just fine, though google earth isn't considered a Google Workspace 'app' so I suspect the integrations are limited

Without re-watching the video I’d say 90% of these are available on all plans, with the obvious exception of ‘shared drives’ feature only available on business standard and up
