As I was following your guide, I'd use my shiny Garchomp to mine ore and other things, and when I'd let him out, the shiny noise would ring thinking "yesss got myself another shiny somewhere around here" I'd literally be searching for half an hour before giving up....turns out it was my own shiny making the noise...never felt so dumb in my life

I got all the unown without the help of a guide. Felt pretty good to do a quest like this without the Internet. I’m also trying to do the wisps without a guide too, but that’s harder. I’m at 98/107 so I’m close. If I give up I’ll be sure to watch your videos on the ones I missed Got all the wisps! I feel like I rely on the Internet too much for video games nowadays so it was satisfying completing this quest. Good thing there’s not 900 of them like in botw

I had no idea there were hints for their locations in the pokedex until I had spent 12 hours hunting them down blind. I found 25/28 of them looking in every corner of every map. Once I discovered there were hints I got the last three in fifteen minutes. Ahhhh

The Unown at 8:30 can be caught without a Feather Ball if you aim the ball upwards to account for gravity altering the trajectory. I did this one myself just now with a Great Ball.

I don't know why every youtuber decides to make their Unown location guide based on their alphabetical order over just going through each map individually. I guess it helps if you've researching for a specific letter but if you're trying to catch them all in one go its just inconvenient to go back and forth through the maps. At least Austin had the decency to put the map markers at the start of the video.

Edit: I pinned a comment with the locations if people want to do it that way. I gave this a lot of thought and compared/contrasted to the wisps. For the wisps, you have no way of knowing WHICH ones you got, just the amount left in an area. So you HAVE TO search a full map page. for the Unown, you can log where they all are and if you got them - and it gives you clues. I thought alphabetical would be Easier for the people that wanted to try it on their own. I gave the map at the beginning for like a 'hint' as to where they all were moreso. While I know a lot of people didn't search them out during their playthrough, I think in the long-run this format would be best to serve people.

I actually had to come back to that one that was behind the rock at the twin waterfalls. For whatever reason, no matter how I threw the damn ball (tried different ones), it wouldn't register hitting it. I'm not sure if they fixed it or coming back fixed it but I finally got the perfect angle apparently and caught it. It was a nightmare. Even standing ON the rock right there next to it didn't work haha.

Wish you just used an in icon shaped like the actual unown found at each location, or even just the corresponding letter... that would be be much more useful so we could tell if we already have a particular unown. Also it would have made more sense of you collected each own from a single area. If I want to follow your guide I have to pause the vid, return to camp, return to the village, go to the next area, find the unown, pause the vid, return to camp, return to the village, go to the next area 28 times! If you did it by region we could collect 5 pokemon per trip and only return to the village 5 times total. Also... I still loved your video.

I feel I need to comment here since I'm not sure if it'll be brought up later but this is a post game thing so spoilers incoming So in the post game you have to catch the lake trio, I've encountered a glitch that can make it impossible for you to encounter arceus and it involves the lake trio. So when you set put to catch them, I noticed that after you catch them the first time they respawn in the cave again. As if making you think you didn't successfully catch. I caught Mespirit and 2 Uxies since I didn't know what else to do with the response. If you catch the second spawn lake trio the game thinks you encountered all three of them, even though I really only caught 2 and one double. Because of this Azelf won't spawn in the cave because I supposedly completed the mission of catching all of them, and because you need to have caught every pokemon to get to arceus, now I'm unable too. No one is talking about this and it needs to be addressed, I wish nintendo would do something about those that did the same as I did and now can't get arceus
