Question i haven't read manga BUT is there any explanation for why in ep 5 when turbo got in the cat doll and Okarun transformed...is that transformation different ? Similar transformation happened in EP 6 when he caught the guy by his collar BUT while fighting he had a jaw ....so the jaw is there just as a extension for fighting or are these two separate transformation. Also doesn't his Cloak gets more longer when he transforms without his Jaw ???? i noticed that at the end of ep 5

No he didn't. In their fight okarun managed to take him down for a bit and evil eye casually gets back up and wants to continue the fight as if the damage wasn't even that much to him and is seen having fun treating the fight as playing. Okarun took advantage of evil eyes childish mindset to bluff his way out and make him agree on fighting only in specific days since he cant even fight anymore after just that round.

And hell, why exactly would you cite that Evil Eyes was playing as an argument? being that "playing" for Evil Eyes is the same as fighting to kill using everything you have, as not only Evil Eyes himself says in chapter 43 but Okarun also says in 61, he is happy because he likes to play (which for him is killing) and he really considered that his life was at risk in his second fight with Takakura (hence him saying he liked playing with Okarun), this is the whole point of Okarun's entire plan and this arc Play = Kill for EE.

Then he used his technique where he caged both of them which was one of his mistakes along with threatening momo, okarun got the resolve and used his speed and the enclosed space against evileye after which knocked evileye out a bit and him soon after making him out for the rest of the arc, its bad they were caged since evileye got hit in quick succession without being able to have enough space to dodge but that was a good plan and a mistake on evileye part due to experience. Chap 46 evileye shows again and is able to take on multiple people, as if the battle previously didn't do much to him. They couldn't even beat him and had had to seal him on chap 47. Chapter 51 onwards specifically chapter 52 shows most of the main cast having trouble controlling evileye whenever he transforms. Chapter 61 turbo granny calls out okarun on his bluff that hes doing all he can to stand up while evileye want to go more rounds.
