Accept those thoughts, and ask them to come back after you've done this. Tell them to go on holidays 😉 time of for them, tell them they need it and you thankful them to be there the rest of the time. Most of the time it works, and just accept it when it don't. And come back to the exercice, each time who have to. With kindness for you, for them. Accept them as if they were your children playing next to you. Tell them before you start what you're going to do and that you need a time of. "This time is for me, please be quiet for 30 minutes human clock ⌚ and I'll be back to you after that. Thank you". Something like that. Let me know! 😉✨💕🙏 And more : enjoy simply this moment. For what it is...a moment for you and your soul ✨💕🙏

I want to do mantra chanting without any guide because i feel i am just listening to it nothing from my side is coming but there is 1 problem i don't know what mantra comes after what means om, yam ans etc and don't know there hand position so can i print a paper of it and start with bottom and and after finishing first chakra open my eyes and look at the second and continue the same.????? Guide me.??
