First time watching your videos, and I won't lie, as a 21-year veteran real estate agent, you're bringing back to my love for home tours. Your narration style is great, and I even hear a little bit of "me" in your opinions. I ONLY get excited about custom homes like these that you pointed out in here. Your voice reverberates in some of the rooms even with furniture in them, so I can tell that the walls aren't as solid as a true custom home is built, but the features are pretty well thought out and still appealing since they are on nice sized lots in locations that feel private. Maybe we can connect one day.

The exterior of the Tomball property is perfect, but the interior has some wonky features and tons of wasted space. If the interior is not customized for a unique buyer, I would question the builder on their choices and recommend they hire an interior design specialist. (Reclaimed brown bricks, finish mismatches, unusable spaces in common areas, fugly kitchen, 2000sqft master, loft to nowhere (despite a second floor being on the other side of the wall)). Great collection of houses otherwise.
