For context: - Decade is said to be an incarnation of all the previous Kamen Riders before him, making him the 10th Rider of the Heisei era. Born by the powers of his predecessors, Decade can gain access of their abilities through the Ride Cards and has the ability to travel between worlds and universes, Riders and other Tokusatsu heroes like Super Sentai. He is a being born unknown to the world with no recollection of what he is supposed to be. That is why the main plot of the series revolves around him travelling between worlds to find his purpose while encountering other Kamen Riders and saving said worlds in the process. However, because he was born out of nowhere by the powers of previous Riders, some may view his abilities to mimic other Riders and travelling between dimensions as threat and that his very existence would tear the fabric of reality itself. He is a paradox of his predecessors, which some believe that he shouldn't be born and that his very existence could destroy worlds. That's he is preferred to as the Destroyer of Worlds. An unholy child with dangerous power that shouldn't exist. That is why you see some Riders were fighting him, cause they viewed him as a demon rather than one of their own. - The Riders that Decade faces are actually from parallel universes. Mirror versions that different from their original world counterparts. For example, the Kiva that Decade fights is actually a child and he is the prince of the Fangire, which is a huge difference to the original Kiva.

Ichigo and Niigou looks really similar. In some movies like OOO Fourze Megamax, Niigou has black mask, but mostly green mask same as Ichigo. Differences are, Niigou has red boots and gloevs. Ichigo's are silver. And, they have silver stripes on their arms and legs. Ichigo has two stripes and Niigou has one stripe.

Decade is way stronger than Zi-O, but when Zi-O gets the power of Ohma Zi-O none of Decade's power stand against it. Basically if Zi-O dont have the power to become Ohma Zi-O, Decade would be the strongest But if Zi-O can turn into Ohma Zi-O, then Zi-O is the strongest.

Despite Zi-o being capable of using decades powers himself and a enhanced version at that? Sure tsukasa did take the decade ride watch back but still. Then again decade 21 is supposed to be equal to Grand zi-o even though the form looks like shit. Oh wait another decade is literally the final boss of Zi-o so showing zi-o beat another decade is technically proof that zi-o is stronger.

@@kriegerh and he did that with his Ohma Zi-o form, that is stronger than Decade, but he can't use it again, the Decade watch it's only 50% of Decade's rider power, he states it after getting it back, Grand zio was struggling with some enemies while Decade was one-shotting them with 50% of his base form powers, and since that was stolen by Another Decade, it means he was also at 50% Decade power while fighting Ohma Zi-o, you can think Zi-o is stronger if you want, but in my personal opinion, i think Decade easily is the strongest

actually, it's in the novel that Phillip became Cyclone, i dont think either Shotaro or Phillip used their individual forms in the manga yet, although they did use FangTrigger and FangMetal which, at the time of the Novel, was near impossible due to Shotaro'S High compatibility with the Joker Memory being able to clam Fang Wild Instincts, something that he neither had at the time with the Trigger and Metal Memories
