The papers you place them on give hints. That’s how I found them! I definitely wasn’t the first by any stretch though

I found all of them myself very easily the papers tell you exactly where they are and from those hints it isn’t difficult to work out what to do

You're most likely missing a few Cabal, some of them spawn delayed.
