Thanks man. I was so lost because I thought I still needed more motes or something, turns out I never picked up the legendary version of the gun which is why it wouldn't let me open the chest to get the exotic. Picked up the gun went back to the chest and now I've finally got it after so much grinding. 🙏

Can i not do all the puzzles and in the last week beat it on legendary so it counts for all of them? I was able to do it with outbreak. I did all the puzzles each week and then did it on legendary. Do i have to beat it on legendary each week now?

Ill have to check again when im off of work in the morning, but every time ive tried to find these, theyre just not there. I get the notification in the left of the screen that one is nearby, but no actual collectible is there. Ive finished the catalyst quest this week, the specimen quest for this week, and the story quest for this week. Even did the 3 runs to get the weekly challenge done. Maybe its a weird bug?

Another week of content that people don't give a rat shit about. This is a video game the idea should be to have fun and to enjoy not for it to feel like a goddamn high school assignment.. Just like the research for this week the walkthrough to get the research it's way too time consuming just to acquire it for something unrewarding .. The way these players are in the community how they're so impatient yeah you try to get the research and you don't do it fast enough though kick you and tell you to go get good delete the game😂. Then you wonder why people don't want to do dual destiny that they want to have the option to solo it. It's like these companies forgot the whole fun factor when it comes to developing video games...

I found the cave system last week. Dying on the 2nd secret chest room had a chance to respawn you in the maze... and softlock you to force restart the entire mission...

Just done Encore for the 3rd time this week (for weekly) after already completing the collectables and getting the 2nd catalyst done. The mission was full of vex data nodes suspended in mid air around most of the encounters. Anyone else seen this ? I dont see triumph or anything associated.

It can be done on normal. As long as you did it on expert difficulty already then you don't need to do it again to get this weeks catalyst.

@@fluidwolf not just this specifically, but the drip feed of having to replay the same exotic missions multiple times on legendary to unlock shit for the unfinished gun is just not enjoyable in the slightest.

@@Samsonfs- Umm, you only have to do the mission on "expert" level ONCE. 😂 After that, all of the secret chests can drop during regular runs of the mission, at "Advanced" level. Which has matchmaking ffs. You don't even gotta put together your own fireteam! It gives you credit for the one expert run that you already did... and then the only step left, is to get those secret chests & that's IT. That is not hard at all. As far as running the mission every week.... Loads of people have been doing endgame content such as Nightfalls & raids, in order to get random rolls to drop, from the get-go! This ain't nothing new for the game. lol It's BEEN like that. And at least when we're doing this mission every week, they change things up some, so that there are slightly different enemies to defeat, AND all of the puzzles for the secret chests are gonna be completely different too. So how is all of that dogsh*t??

PSA If you get turned around or slightly lost in the caves for the Catalyst quest, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GO BACK THROUGH THE STARTING PORTAL WITH A BUFF. It will SOFT LOCK the entire puzzle and you'll have to restart the whole mission again (don't ask how I know ;-;)

Surprised how easy that secret boss was, his health was ridiculously small and wasn't a threat whatsoever. They could have made that bit more challenging because last week it was much trickier with the timer and ads.

@@Jakesterpop1 Stop raging you monkey. He ment yout team mates can die but you must not and complete the bg. It's not hard not to die, especially in the normal version of the bg. If you really have issues staying alive use a solar subclass+ healing nade and one of the many dozen heal clip + whatever perk weapons and hug a corner and let your team mates finish the bg.
