The look alive chuggers are so fun, I love the Brewster. It's a shame the toys have been canceled or at least put on hiatus. I would've loved to see those mini chuggers (especially if they planned Emery).

I had the original Mtambo and I have a funny story about him: Once I brought my die-cast Mtambo and Emery outside once (at the time it was snowing) and when I went inside, I FORGOT BOTH ENGINES. I didn't notice until the next day. I went outside to play, and I found them all covered up from the snow. I picked them up and brought them inside. Along the way I lost Mtambo but, I still have Emery

Very informative video. After seeing this, I can easily say that Thomas & Friends, for once, has some tough competition. If I were buying for a child this Christmas, and I had to chose between the newest Chuggington set or the newest Thomas & Friends set, I would chose the Chuggington set. What you get for the price you pay is absolutely unbelievable. The quality of each product looks great and seems to be more superior than the craft of the recent Thomas & Friends products. And even in terms of pricing, each product seems to be priced extremely well. Looking at the set featuring Mtambo, if that were a Thomas & Friends set, the price would easily come to at least $60. How affordable these new products are gives me hope that children, for once, will be able to experience the joy of a train set for a very affordable price. When the other products you've ordered arrive, I do hope you will review those too as I am very interested to see your take on them. Fantastic work.

I don’t think we did get the iconic depot before. Such a missed opportunity for preceding toy lines, but better late than never I guess. With how small the depot building is, it looks like you could fit a track through each archway, at least just about so. I know they couldn’t help it back then but this line felt more like a full on Chuggington line, as opposed to a wooden line trying to save some pennies with the fact TWR existed. I would love to get those Come Alive Chuggers because as far as I can remember, I always loved those toys that were made to feel real. Final note, the casual Thomas and Wilson meet-up got a chuckle out of me. Those two together actually would be a dangerous combo personality wise. They share a brain cell!

One important thing that I realized with Season 6: The more I think about it, it made me realize how much Thomas has fallen in terms of how the brand is being handled. Its not because of six figures at Mattel directly, but rather the writers/staff not caring about the brand enough. When writers put in more respect for the source material instead of being ashamed of it, then you get Chuggington Season 6. I just wished Thopmas got the same respect.

Rewatching this makes me sad, considering the fact that this honestly decent toyline was killed off before it was truly able to find its footing. I REALLY wanted to get my hands on those Mini Chuggers.
