You should do a Railways of Crotoonia official movie, it can show how the Railway got started, how all the engines made their way there, and how the Railway almost got shut down but got saved by the trains.

I honestly have to agree, & while WR2 isn't perfect, at least we are in a better place when it comes to wooden Thomas toys. Also, after hearing about the naming contest. You got my attention. (PLEASE make a post or video talking about it.)

Love the notable enthusiasm this review had. In regards to the wood track, Mattel tried to say that the redesigned Thomas wood track was a "kid friendly redesign" and that it was "easier for kids to put together" and what not, but I think the reason they redesigned it was so then you couldn't mix and match pieces from other competing toy train lines like Brio or Imaginarium. For example, the Thomas wood engines and vehicles could fit on track from Brio, Imaginarium, Ikea, whatever, but if you wanted Tidmouth Sheds or Cranky the Crane or any other Thomas destinations, you had to buy their track in order to be able to use it. It's no secret that up to that point, consumers were buying off brand track as it was the exact same as Thomas Wooden Railway track, but 10 times cheaper. I should know because I've done it and even now, I'm still doing it. Why spend $40 on a pack of 15 track pieces from the Thomas brand when I can go on Amazon and buy an off brand track pack that includes 500 pieces for the same price? Anyway, that's my hypothesis. Great video!
