Missed a trick there Al! That’s my local parkrun and the scones in the old station house are phenomenal after the run! Missed it last week saving myself for the Boro HM the next day, I seen you just as we were coming over the bridge beside the riverside stadium on the Sunday 👋

@@AlPepperRuns I was going for sub 2h having ran my first ever HM at the GNR last year in 2h09m. I got a bit excited and smashed it with a 1h51m PB! I’m 44 years old 😂 that wasn’t meant to happen but I’m taking it all day long!
