Aliexpress is basically not a bad site. I am from West Bengal and yet I have a huge purchase history there. Even bought a 170$(~12k) Nitro buggy. And NO till now I haven’t been in a problem with customs luckily. And guess what? The car was bright and shiny just as you would expect from a new RC at this price. Got refund twice. Although I didn’t get messages regarding the refunds.

Maine bahot costly item to purchase nahi kiya par mera ab tak ka experience achha hi raha hai. Shipment late delivered hoga hai but ho Jaata Hai. Ek bar mobile cover kisi aur model ka aa gaya tha to seller ne phirse dusra cover shipped kiya bina kisi extra charge k. Ek bar mobile stand thoda broken tha to seller ne partial refund provide kiya tha aur product bhi wapas nahi manga. Par ye sab ₹200 k aas Paas ki value wale product the. 2 Earphones bhi order kiye the maine jo around ₹300 k the wo bhi acche nikle.

But in reality All the refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the dispute closure. Most of my refunds were processed within 3 days after the dispute resolution. Our money is completely safe if you cancel the on going dispute.

Dear, I had faced one issue which I don't expect i.e. I ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 but during transit but while tracking i found delivery failed So I contacted Local Post & found they lost it which I don't believe because I have received 5-7 items on my home address from AliEXpress but this time not. But obviously it is Mobile Phone Local post guys has stolen it & they have manipulated in tracking status that delivery failed. So I contacted Ali Customer support they said we need proof from Local post office that you parcel has returned to us without that we will not process your refund & as per India Post Receiver is not liable to claim anything or get any proof of non-delivery only sender will get that information. Now they are not ready to contact local post & don't care whether the customer is suffering. For them, if parcel reach at the local post that means it as good as material delivered.

So try not to buy from aliexpress aa they don't honor 60days or full refund policy in full and don't provide any proof of parcels in written to provide to india post who don't accept any complain without posted proofs from sellers or aliexpress. Overall stay Away from aliexpress.

HOw come you order from aliexpress, I order for the first time three products all cost around 5k and it stuck in Customs.. one cust 2200, one cost 2100 and last cost 750.. two of them were shippped from Aliexpress currier.... So how to get this sorted.

Sir mene kite oder ki thi mera product tracking nhi dikha raha tha or seller se baat karker mene paypal account seller ko di thi likhin seller ne bataya Payal account galat he useke 3din bad mera Payal account me balance aya likin paise kam te jitna mene pay kia tha seller ne kam bejha tha or seller ne mujhe e nhi bataya tha ki apki paypal account me balance de diya he..or seller ne mera dusra international money transfer account manga tha to mene bataya nhi he or kuch to seller ne bola ap dispute open karo hum cofrom kar dete he uske badd confrom bhi kar diya abhi money processing per he bank me nhi mila likhin aji mujhe product received hua he to ab me kya karo ?

ordered 4 items got 2 delivered but other two just went mia I asked them so many times where are my 2 other items and they kept saying it will be delivered in few days so I waited n after 5 days I got message that order is delivered when in reality nothing came demanded for refund but they didn't just kept saying wait for few days it will arrive now 2 years have passed n I still don't know what happened with those 2 items paisa bhi gaya n order bhi never trust this site it's not safe

AliExpress never refund money, I have ordered 2 times on AliExpress but not receive even after 3 months of order, I claimed for refund because not received my order and it held on custom, they asked me to clear customs duty as it is my duty, how can I clear customs ?

Now can you once check that Aliexpress is sending goods to India or not in the app it is showing on the home page that that "Due to local conditions we do not send the goods to India
