Hi bhai, I joined on Dec 2022 as PAT and got promoted in Dec 2023 from PAT to PA. but Year end appraisal rating of 2023 is 2, does it effect my next promotion that is PA to Associate, if it does when will I get next promotion???

There will not be two increment cycles.The thing is that 4-5yrs back also it used to have in the month of April...but slowly due to some performance issues and pandemic these increments kept on getting delayed, first june then to october. Now in 2023, the company has decided to realign the increment cycle back to April month. Therefore, we got two increments in a short span of time. But going forward there shall be only one increment yearly in April

Hi bro, if they have mentioned that it will be 8% hike then you can calculate it also just if it is yearly hike. It should be promotional hike + merit hike. Also it depends on your previous salary which you was getting as a PA
