What I learnt here is rent or mortgage in one of these Lodha apartments costs equal to or in some case more than what it costs to rent or own apartments in developed nations like Canada. These people fall in the .001% bracket of Indian household income, but outside of their society, they use the same broken city road, same honking, breathe severely polluted air, are exposed to same corrupt bureaucracy (which they just bribe out of), get exposed to same BS caste and religion politics and their children participate in the same rat race (albeit with jump start of their career with the best school money can buy). Is it worth it? I want to hear from those who earn 5 lakh + per month and live in these buildings.

My uncle and aunt give a house for rent at kiara (they own 2 houses there but one is given for rent and one is a holiday home and their actual home is in dadar) and my uncle owns a manufacturing buisness (im unsure of what exactly he manufactures but its some tech stuff) and my aunt is an artist (she has made those flower scluptures for r city mall and done some other stuff too) and she also is a manager at a reforestation ngo (which she volunteers for but i added it anyways) so u can tell they r rich

In india education is cheap if you put atleast some work into it and your salary will cover it,my entire education in college finished with 50000rs now it’s time to give back to the country and people need to explore 2tier cities also and cattle rearing and farming,believing you will live in luxury with good family life and many pets,before people criticise I am a doctor in a 2tier city and have farm and also employe pay their salaries and give them ration from the farm and the guy who said yearly return 25 to 30% that’s too much 15% is very good to lead a great life and you have portfolio managers if you don’t want to take the headache.

These kids are rich now & living a lavish life by paying 2 lakhs+ per month just for rent because their previous generation like, father/mother/grand parents would have worked hard and become wealthy, which gave flexibility for these kids to do what they love even if it pays less as u heard that the girl in this video earns barely 20K a month which is less than 50% of the household income in India Just imagine their overall expenses per month which includes outside food (restaurant etc...), travelling expenses, provisions, groceries, shopping (major expense for these rich kids) Interviewing these people is purely waste of time, that's the reason after seeing the first 2 mins of this video i has realised that their parents must be wealthy so that their kids look rich and trying their level best in acting as if they r working hard both in term of education & work to stand at this comfortable, luxury life

@@Chickenspunk Look I'm not jealous of them at all, I'm also from a middle class family with decent wealth to live a comfortable life for my entire life without even working (of course i won't do that), if that is the case why should I be jealous of them? Whatever heights I reach in my life, I'll always say that it's definitely not possible without my parent's support & initial investment On the same context, i would definitely say the growth that came via that initial investment is not only coz of them, but my hard work, patience, dedication, sacrifices etc... The key context of this video is how they have worked & what they have done in their life to live this comfortable life, for which it is definitely not ethical to interview them instead of interviewing their parents who are the actual person who might have worked soo hard & came to this stage

As per video the said salaries can't cover 1.8 lakh rent per month. Either they have rich parents with good back ground or thier partner also earning well. Even with 50 Lakh package 1.8 rent is still tight.

The no.s being referenced to here, dont add up at all. A Sal of 20L per annum equates to 1.3L per month after tax. From that of you spend 1/1.5L on rent itself, leaves barely anything for other living expenses. The guests must have help and support from parents, or living beyond their means. happy to be corrected.... Or they are earning in the region of 30-40L per annum or more..
