I found it hilarious when she mentioned the Coopervision being 'semi custom made' in the UK. As I live in the UK and wear the Pro Clear Toric with no issues. And when I first got fitted with them I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for my first trial pair! :)

Sorry for this silly question, I've found the model of multifocals I use get dry in the eye and the only way of rehydrate them is getting them out of the eye and use the same solution I use at night. Artificial tears don't work, I have to take them out of my eyes. The model I use is B&L Soflens. I'd appreciate your opinion on this. Thank you!

Contact lenses for emmetropic ( normal ), 20/20 eyes? How do you convince a child to do that - and the parents to pay $ 1,500 per year for that service? ?

None of those cases involved children. They were adults with uncomfortable conditions of the anterior eye for whom the contact lenses provided a bandage, or adults with severe binocular vision (eye teaming) issues.

Why were most soft lenses discontinued is the power was over +6?

So why were my +7 discontinued? All of a sudden Acuvue came up with a more expencive lenses up to +8.5?

When you wear the same lens for ten years and have absolutly no problems your trust in a company goes away when they stop making your power because they don’t as fast. J and J have a lot of push back due to this.
