We're enjoying learning how to use our Brava and these videos add a lot to the experience. A question however, what can we use for these recipes between now and whenever the egg pan is available?

I've been poaching eggs in my microwave in water in a silicone egg dish for years. The eggs never stick either. Happy to hear the Brava and eggs work this way, too. You may want to consider a mod to your egg tray. My silicone egg dish is taller so there is little to no chance of spilling egg&water when placeing them in the oven or removing them from the oven.

After watching and then commenting, I had to have poached eggs and toast. Thinking of a deeper dish idea that would work (for me, if I had a Brava), I used a 24 oz round Correlle French White dish in my microwave, heated about 1 c of water then added 2 eggs, back in the mic (covered) for 30 sec and waited for the eggs to poach. So while I waited I decided to continue watching more of your vids. Forgot about my eggs; for a minute or two. One of the eggs slid right out while I was draining the water so I held it in place and drained the rest of the water. The whites that had grabbed the sides a bit but came away from the dish with my fork and slid right onto my plate. I did not spray the dish with cooking spray nor did I grease the dish. The only thing between the eggs and the dish was water. And I didn't salt the water nor did I add vinegar to it. Give it a try in the Brava and see what kind of timing you need. Maybe even try multiples of eggs in water and matching times; no reason you can't cook multiple eggs in one dish, except, maybe, for appearance.

You can bake eggs in the oven (use a muffin top tray) and poach eggs in the microwave…just saying 🤷🏻‍♀️in case you want to save $1200

This video is called “all about eggs“ but it doesn’t mention anything about how the size of eggs might impact cooking, or what to do if you’re experiencing various issues. It seems to me that a video like this should contain a very specific discussion about the basic principles of cooking eggs in a brava oven.
