Thank you for comments. Our buyers that live in Ellijay GA that we helped relocated to the area share with us that they also love living there.

This video romanticizes Ellijay. If you are coming here for the festivals, prepare for gridlock. The locals stay home during festivals or use backroads as the area can't handle the Florida influx. Our area, like most, is being ruined by development and rental properties. Covid created a high priced market for housing. So unless you think a half a million for a nice house is cheap, Ellijay is pricey. The small town feeling is starting to disappear with the influx of second home purchasers. As far as working from home, unless you live in town, have had fiber optics installed, or have spent a lot of money on a satellite service, internet is sketchy and not powerful enough to support working at home. The local internet company has a monopoly. This isn't to say there aren't positives, of course. Remoteness, the four seasons, nature - all great. BTW-We eat more than hamburgers.

Thank you for your comments. Yes, after Covid Ellijay GA and other North Georgia communities saw a lot of people moving out of Atlanta. Ellijay GA in my opinion is a great place to live or buy a 2nd home with all the outdoor activities and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Also the cost of living in North Georgia USA is much less than living in Florida, California, New York, or Washington State.
