the friend of the forest skill in farming will give you a snacoon at the third 3 level. It produces those purple berries and uses 4 capicity.

Small correction: Feathers are used to craft the Aerodynamic Armor set, unlocked through (iirc) one of the Combat skills

Thanks so much Millinia! There are so many crafting tables now. I think for the Elven and Monster ones you would be ok to do the same thing and combine those in another tier 3 house. Expensive, but worth it if you like a clean looking farm.

How do you move the animals into the barn?

With an open inventory slot, right click just below the animal to pick it up. You can then set them back down by clicking when you have it selected in the barn. Animals cannot currently enter and exit barns on their own.

I just started a few days ago and have a barn (with 10 bins and a chicken coop with 4 bins) and I can verify that the silo filled none of them. So I am assuming since watching your video and you having a barn as well, and the fact that you have 8 bins outside, that the ones in the barn are pointless unless you place the food in it by hand. Which really negates "auto feeding" (at least for those) Ty so much for a thorough video showing that, I needed that :) One update, there no longer is a grinder, now animal food is made at the bakers station (I just found that out and wanted to add that in)

I was wondering if you want to put some animals in sun haven and some in nelvari, would that change the capacity or is the capacity correlating to the game (not the “farm”, hope that makes sense) I’m playing multiplayer with my partner and we each look after a farm, I was wondering if they’d get a different capacity to me for their farm or is it communal? I could see it being easier having them all in sun haven (1 barn rather than 2) but if we get more capacity per farm it might be worth doing? Great video btw

Good question! Your capacity does not change regardless of the farm the animals are on. I personally recommend the SH farm due to its size and the ability to place barns. I am not sure on multiplayer and animal capacity! I will research!

You have to pet them daily.

They don't stop producing thankfully, only the heart meter decreases if you miss petting. You can put a pig with your animals to stop the decrease.

Hey John. :) Nope- your animals do not need a source of water nor will they fall in. Barns are totally decorative- you can get all the feed stations you need from Emmett in the Town Hall.

I didn't use any mods when I played Sun Haven, but I did use developer console commands. I don't recommend using these as they can irreversibly damage your game save.

how to use leash on a pet? Everyone says that use rightclick on a pet when leash is on how bar but it doesnt work. When i use rightclick it just put my pet to inventory

That should work- make sure you have the leash highlighted (selected), then right click. You may have to stand a bit away from the animal to see the leash trigger.

After completing the altars, you can go back to Dynus and speak with him. Unfortunately, this is where the story line ends, as this game is in early access.
