I also found fishing quite profitable in Nel'vari. You can rack up an easy 100 orbs or more if you just spend the access time after watering your crops and completing any quests with fishing. (At least my total for the fish was usually around 100 or more.)

Yas fishing + mobs is totally my fav method for Nel'Vari too! It's super quick on orbs & it helps complete the museum too~

Is there some mod or trait that is being used to prevent your crops from being torn up by raccoons and whatnot? I don't see a single scarecrow on any of your farms, but also no empty spaces from stolen crops.

Heya! There was something on the settings of the game that turns off seasonal boss & pest iirc 💖 But I haven't played SH for a while, so I'm not sure if that feature is removed by now 🥲

for fishing you mentioned chain lightning. is crossbow just as good? wondering because i'm sword right now but i need to get a ranged skill eventually so that i can farm while fishing. i assume crossbows use attack damage/attack speed just like swords.

yush it's the same stats as swords, except for ranged attack multipliers on the combat skill tree. I don't use crossbow skills as I'd rather save my mana for chain lightning (it has longer reach compared to cross bows) 🤔 but I do use bow + chain lightning for farming mobs, as you can hit em with some arrows while CL is on CD/if you ever run out of mana + it can help pull mobs being ranged and all ✨ If you prefer to do an atk/ranged build rather than magic, you can just get CL for luring mobs & using ranged skills for the dmg. Swords still do more dmg tho 🥲 I like sword + magic build better than bow + magic as well.

the tickets from the carnival are read tickets though, not the purple ones :( Also, how come you don't have any scarecrows on your rooftop farm? How do they not get eaten all the time? I understand that once theyre grown they wont get eaten, so for the dragon fruit, I would assume you can have the scarecrows while you're growing most of them and then you can remove them after they're grown. But scarecrow management is so annoying in this game lol so hoooowwww???

Oh yeah sorry, I wasn't able to explain the red ticket part 🙏 You have to sell the red tickets to turn them into purple tickets. 1 Red ticket is = 1 purple ticket 😊 So you'll be investing 50 purples for 1 Challenger mode to earn 70 reds which you can sell to make em 70 purples ✨ For the scarecrows, you can just turn off the seasonal pest in the option so that you won't need to put em anymore 😊 A lot less of a challenge, but also less hassle 😆✨
