I don't do well with SSRI type medications. Is there any natural supplements or things that can help. My main issues are the facial tremors/spasms and the strange lightheaded feeling also I have a numbness/clogged feeling in my face and back is my head.

I was going to book and see Simone but need to see If its worth it ...I have AD with max of high blood pressure I can do something with my back and boost my bp into 240s AD will do the same and is bowel triggered..but there a link to my Adrenal glands
