Ha ha, Kacha I have been watching you for a while now and I honestly thought you were saying 'cheap brush'. I have been crafty for years and painted all our houses, furniture etc and had never heard of a 'chip brush'. I have always just gone with good quality paint brushes. When I can't get the right colour gilding wax I get a metallic pigment in the right shade and mix with furniture wax. Opalescent pigment also looks amazing.

If you want the easiest way to do it I would look into the all in one paints or even check in your local home depot where rust oleum sells a kitchen cabinet transformation kit. I have used it and I loved it!
