Years ago I bought 12 wcmm and when I got home realised that 4 of them were these guys. I loved them!

I've never even heard of these. They seem like fantastic fish. Great video as usual

I have limited space, so can only keep a 10 gallon at the moment. I miss my shrimpies. There’s a betta in there at the moment, with a Nerite snail and a few Ramshorn snails. I love your videos ❤

Another great overview vid! One of my first fish as a child was the bloodfin. I recently spotted these glass bloodfins at my LFS and thought they were a variation... good to know they are completely different!

Beautiful, I love them. I have some albino Glowlight Tetras and they are similar in many ways. The tiny white tips on their fins and tails. I have a lot of shady places which all my fish enjoy.

What an attractive species. Cannot say if I have ever seen these locally, but I shall look out for them. They certainly don't look as if they grow to 2 inches. Nice video, Lauren. BTW, you put a C when you should have put an F in your temperatures. 😮

Whoops. Hopefully people will realise and not try to cook their fish 😅

I have the Rathbuni Bloodfin Tetra, and they also are wonderfully lovely fish... I wanted the Glass, but my water is far too hard for them... Did I get a lesser fish? Not at all!

No way, rathbunis are lovely, probably the nicest looking of all the similar fish. And just as easy to keep.

@@tinymenagerie Yeah they have coloured up really nice since I first got them.
