Daphne, I got mine in a bind and tried to force it closed which bent a side near the end. Is that what you mean? It has a lump now :(

I'm not sure what you mean by holes? Please explain or email me a photo ([e-mail]). I think you may be talking about the sides chipping and if so - that happens when you are trying to close the lid without pulling it out to it's full length.

Hi, Kelly! LOVE this video as I always get these confused~~even tho’ I have stamped for a number of years! The download is going to be REALLY helpful! I even thought I might put a note on StazOn, Memento n’ Craft ink cases to help remind me of “uses” for each, i.e. blenders, watercolor, etc. I DO have a question: If I wanted to stamp on a photo, glossy or matte finish, which ink would be the best? I’m thinking StazOn but might CRAFT work, too??

Thanks so much Judith! And YES - a photo would be considered a non-porous surface so you would use StazOn.

Thanks for the reassurance, Kelly, to use the StazOn for photo stamping! Doing a “card project” for a friend using her photos and wanted to be sure I used the “best ink”! Now I can start the project~~~and KNOW she’ll be happy, too! Have a GREAT DAY! Again, thanks oodles for all the time and effort and TERRIFIC videos you do, too, to inspire us stampers! :-))
