I have EXTREMELY dry skin, very fair, with serious dark circles because I'm very ill. I have been fighting with concealers for about 6mo, trying to find something that wouldn't dry out my under eyes and cover the blue/green circles. I bought BECCA's peachy corrector and it is AMAZING! Some days I don't even put a concealer on top of the corrector, other days I use a bit of Maybeline's Fit Me. (I've tried at least $200 worth of concealers and corrector and this combo works for me).

Hi Emily! I use my fingers to tap my under eye concealer in, too. I think the warmth of the finger helps work the product in especially as my eye area is getting thin, wrinkled and loose. The Eve Pearl concealers work great for me using my fingers to blend. Thank you for all the great info and insight!

I have been using the Jane Iredale Circle Delete Undereye Concealer combo and LOVE it!!! one side is your peachy corrector and the other is a skintone brightening concealer. Both are creamy without being greasy, don't settle into fine lines, and set nicely with a touch of powder!

ELF makes a really nice one too. Its their correcting stick in ivory. its not labeled as a color corrector, but it is a very peachy concealer and works fairly well under the eyes. Plus you can't beat the price of $3

I'm not a foundation type of person, so I tend to use a green toned primer to combat redness, and a yellow based concealer for my undereyes, and then just a powder over top. I might pick up a peachy toned one as well! Thanks for the info!

I got Erase Paste in Medium because of you and I love it. I have really blue under eyes, and can see my veins. I'm only 21 but it makes me look older and so tired. If I don't color correct under my eyes, and just use concealer they look grey. I definitely don't think everyone needs to put ever color of the rainbow on their face, but if foundation and concealer have never been enough, color correcting is so helpful.

Thank you so much for always recommending Benefit's Erase Paste. I thought I liked my Tarte corrector, it was good enough, but when I tried the erase paste it blew me away how correcting it is!!!!!I Erase paste is now my holy grail, and then I top it off with either Makeup Forever HD concealer, or Bobby Brown Serum concealer. I set it with Tarte's smooth operator and it lasts all day! :) I recently purchased the green Smashbox stick concealer, and it does wonders for the redness around my nose. Allergy season, and it stills stays in place :)

I love the Tarte single undereye corrector. I haven't tried their palette to see if it compares to the individual ones, but it comes in a darker and lighter shade and I've used it for years.

This is something I've struggled with since the birth of my daughter. I have tried and spent so much, many of these you mentioned. My favorite had been bobbi brown corrector in light bisque. But then I tried the It Cosmetics bye bye under eye and I don't even need a corrector. It eliminates all of my darkness! I love this video, even though I found what works for me, I always appreciate the subject!

My favorite setting powders for under eye are Nars crystal translucent (pressed) or Laura Mercier secret brightening. These work best for my more mature under eye skin.

I use NYX under eye correctors that are in a jar in shade medium. I apply it with ELF ultimate concealer brush. It applies a very thin layer of corrector that covers but does not crease nor need setting, at least in my case. Most of times, I dont need to cover it with another concealer or foundation . I apply Fiona Stiles Peach Corrector the same way.

I adore the UD Naked Skin concealer! I didn't realize they had a salmony toned one! I will definitely have to check that out. Even at 63, I am one of those no-foundation people. I had gorgeous, clear skin on my face for most of my life, so be dealing with a massive number of age/sun spots now is really frustrating. If I get dressed up, I often do my "lazy face," which is using a concealer on my face and buffing it in with a foundation brush to help diminish/mask my dark spots. I picked up the EP dual salmon concealer a few months ago as part of a QVC set. I like it, but I find that I go through that little compact really quickly because I'm using it for facial concealing vs. just undereye concealing.

I have horrible hyperpigmentation/melasma on my upper lip, cheeks and across my nose and I've had so much trouble covering them. Thank you SO MUCH for this video! Green doesn't work on ruddiness or broken capillaries for me, I use a yellow for that and it works well. When using green, I'm careful not to extend any green over the perimeter of the blemish, otherwise the skin turns grayish. I think green correctors are meant for targeting very red blemishes & not on to be used on regular or even a ruddy skin color.

I also agree with you about the Erase Paste. I have melasma from some medication I was taking and its so hard to cover it up. I also have really bad dark circles and I find that Erase Paste works great. I've used Boi-ing and its OK but I hit pan way quicker than with Erase Paste. I need to pick up some more. Recently I've been using the Tarte clay correcting concealer with the Maybelline age rewind dark circle concealer on top to brighten the area. I use the Nude shade from the L.A.girl concealer line as a dark circle corrector and then use a concealer suited for my skin tone on top. It works so well! 😊😊

Gotta love a peach corrector. tried for years to just use concealer... always peaking through, the cheeky buggers! i like the shade ivory from la girl. its not technically a corrector but its very peach toned. my mum uses peach on her sun spots as well.

I think you did a great job with this video Emily! I do want to add some important things to know. People with blue under eye circles with benefit from the peach tones, however, some people have more purple under eye circles in with case you should look into YELLOW corrector so (warm toned concealer so are great). Peach correctors with more yellow (like you mentioned some in the video) will be excellent for those people that a tone between purple and blue under the eyes. For redness on the face, it is also important to note that fair skin tones would want to use yellow instead of green to correct that problem as green is to heavy in color for those very light skin tones. Again, good video :)

I just finished the Marc Jacobs bright forecast click up pen concealer and it was ok, I really wanted to use it. For the price, won't be repurchasing, the coverage wasn't there for me! I'm also just about done the Boots #7 click up pen in very light, it's a light peachy shade and I feel it's VERY similar to the MJ one, very light in texture and coverage. My all time favorite that I've repurchased countless times is the Maybelline instant age rewind in Brightener. I'm so surprised you didn't feature this one! It's hands down the best I've ever tried in terms of texture, shade, application, how it wears throughout the day, everything about it is perfect. I think you would really like it Em and should def give it a shot! Erase paste and Eve Pearl are so thick and heavy I have to be VERY careful when I use those!

Interesting the MR palette for me works great for my under eyes & not greasy at all when applied. If you rub literally a dab of it between thumb and your finger tips it dries down quickly. I find less is more, and I just build it up until I am happy. I have dry, "mature", open pores/textured skin. Since adding this peach under my eyes I have received compliments which I tell them it's because I am getting better at my makeup! 😝 I tried a couple of others but they either did nothing, or were way too dark, needing lots of concealer to brighten up. I don't have to with this one and it reduces foundation sitting in my fine lines too ☺

Enjoyed this! I'm one of your older subscribers & a longtime concealer user. I have tried many different brands of concealers. I currently use either the Maybelline Dream Lumi Radiant or the Pixi Peach (which I found out thru you). I can't use powder for setting because it makes my undereye area too cakey looking. My undereye circles also change from day to day depending on my hours of sleep.

Hey, Emily! Springtime is prom season, wedding season, and picnic season, depending on who you ask. What do you think about doing an entire video dedicated to lip products that won't transfer, whether it be by means of kissing or just on your glass? I think it would be so helpful to see which products you go for when you want something that won't transfer, application tips, upkeep, and all things no transfer! No boyfriend here, but there are definitely days when I want to wear something other than lip balm and not get it all over cups, my water bottle, etc. ~Shannon

Recently got the Bobbi Brown corrector. It's absolutely fabulous but so expensive. I will be using it very sparingly as it's going to have to last. Thanks for great reviews. BTW when I got dark patches after my pregnancy I decided to treat the underlying problem rather than cover. I used Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA liquid and slowly but surely my skin evened out, brightened and had the wonderful side effect of containing my pimples and acne.

I'd like to offer advice for anyone reading that is closer to my skintone (NC45 in MAC, W7 in Loreal), a lot of people talk about the LA Girl Orange corrector but I found it (like many others I've heard) way too orange even for a deeper tan skintone. I've been using NYX Orange pigment pot concealer in Deep and I love it. I think it fits what Emily is describing Benefit Erase Paste is for her skintone. :) thanks Emily!
