We celebrate both anniversaries. The wedding anniversary is celebrated with the family. Simple celebration like pancit and KFC. While the other anniversary, when my wife agreed to be my gf, we would probably eat out just the two of us. Or if there is no budget just greet and try to make that date special. Nobody else knows about this date, or don't care to ask. Its a special date for just the two of us.
