Sorry if I missed this, but does Level 3 focus on reading *comprehension*?

When the student is done reading the story or sometimes during, the lesson may have prompts from the teacher to ask the student about the story. These sections would be considered the comphrension sections. Occasionally some of the activities work on comprehension also. This is sprinkled throughout the entire program.

Would you say that this curriculum overs Language Arts completely for 3rd grade?

No you would want something else to cover writing and grammar. This is 99% a reading/phonics program, but it is a fantastic program!

I wish someone could review the differences between Ordinary Parents Guide to Teaching Reading vs. All About Reading. I cannot decide between these two.

I've only ever used All About Reading sorry I dont have any experience with the one you mentioned.
