MJ Sir, 🙏 REGISTRATION of a Rent agreement for a period ONE YEAR or EXCEEDINg ONE YEAR is compulsory NOT an Agreement of a period more than 11Months as claimed by you Secondly the value of Non Judicial Stamp paper is NOT ALWAYS 500/- as claimed by you.. There is a set formula to calculate the value of Stamp paper.🤔

सर आप से नमृ निवेदन है कि आप धारा -165 (6) के सम्बंध में विडियो बनाये , अगर किसी ST का निजी प्लाट , अगर किसी गैर आदिवासी को बेच रहे हो तो क्या उसमें श्री मान महोदय कलेक्टर साहब कि अनुमति कि आवश्कता होगी ? धारा- 165(6) से सम्बन्धीत कुछ सवाल है मन में | 1 . पहला सवाल यह हैं कि किसी ST की भूमि जैसे ( निजी प्लाट जिसका डार्यवसन हो)और वह निजी प्लाट ट्रायबल क्षेत्र में न होकर ऐसे क्षेत्र या नगर में हो जो ट्रायबल ऐरीये (क्षेत्र) मैं न आता हो तब अगर कोई आदिवासी (ST) का व्यक्ति किसी गैर आदिवासी को स्वयं का निजी प्लाट बेचता है तब क्या श्रीमान महोदय कलैक्टर साहब कि परमिशन लैनी पड़ेगी या परमीशन की आवश्कता होगी या नहीं ? 2 . दूसरा सवाल - अगर किसी आदिवासी (ST) का व्यक्ति जिसकी भूमि ना तो कृषि भूमि हो और नाही पट्टे की भूमि हो , ( कृषि भूमि , पट्टे की भूमि) दोनो के अन्तर्गत ना आती हो और नाही वह ट्रायबल एरिये (क्षेत्र) में भी नहीं हो । तब इस स्थीती में क्या श्रीमान महोदय कलेक्टर साहब कि परमिशन कि आवश्कता होगी या ( परमीशन लैनी होगी ) अगर प्लाट किसी गैर आदीवासी को बेचता है या बैचा जाता है ?
