People who does this in board,education and foreigners ministries are also first class gazetted officers. So you don’t need to do again. But keep in mind you have to submit copies of the original documents to the ministry physically.So make sure you attest the copies also. You can either go to board,education ministry,foreign ministry again to attest the copies.But you may do it by any teacher in your school or any person you know who is a first class gazetted officer.Going directly to board and ministries is good but only must before visa.
