Anyone who listens to the song, and understands any part of it, is not going to be stupid enough to try to neutralize acid in their eyes with a base. They are not going to flunk a test thinking that bile neutralizes stomach acid. It's a song. Enjoy it. Don't nitpick, criticize or try to correct it. Just enjoy the song, or go somewhere else. It was great, it was funny, just enjoy it.
