While the 216 and 254 stand for the diameter of the saw blade, you are probably wondering what the D means. Hidden behind this is dual bevel, a tilting function on both sides of the saw that gives you more comfort and flexibility for demanding cuts in combination with the double line laser.

Try living in asian countries... Most of the new bosch tools are basically only available 2-3 years after released if we are lucky. Some were never released at all.. 😢
