Was nice to speak to you for a few minutes outside the gallant pioneer after the hearts game Rikki. Regarding the sports scientists and injuries - it's a difficult one. We all complain about the number of injuries players have picked up, then the manager/coaches try to put something in place to prevent this and we moan. I'm guilty of it too. Ultimately if we had more quality in the squad and we were winning games, having cerny play 45 mins, sterling 30 minutes for example wouldn't be a big deal. Having players like Barry that play through the pain barrier with injections doesn't happen.

I agree with Charlie it is embarrassing how much our club has went backwards since 55. We need Dave King back for some stability there are decision's getting made at the top which is crippling the club and sending us further away from where we need to be.

55 hahahaha ...the old rangers team up to 2012 cheated for many of those 54 titles hence end of rangers and new club starting in the lowest division ....there new club whatever there called ...they keep saying rangers ..fk knows why ...they have a new club since 2012 and have 1 title ..and even that was during covid where the celtic team who had been winning all domestic trophys had no fans there and had no motivation as celtic are a huge fan based club ...and the old rangers new club ( name of club unknown ) all of a sudden thought they were world beaters because celtic had a poor season to there standards because there were no fans ....for old rangers new club there used to not many fans in there ground ..so covid didn't hit them hard ...but before or since covid celtic have shown there class
