Thanks man , exactly what i needed to know ! I just got a 2023 roadglide with the 107 which is badass ! to me it is because i was riding a 08’ sportster nightster with a 1200 with a stage 1 . This Milwaukee 8 motor the 107 blows that 1200 out!!! Im mean that ball is outta here!!! Someone wake me up! Its unbelievable I love it ! I can tell its stock parts got it suppressed, I cant wait to stage 1 it !

The screamin eagle torque cam is emission compliant. Which means they can’t lobe the cam aggressively like zippers, S&S, Fueling etc. Screamin Eagle is Harleys “performance line” made so you dont void your warranty. What intake, exhaust and tuner are you running?

Ricky ! Great informative video. My question is about venting, crank case gases into the throttlebody, obviously this isn’t good because of the carbon buildup overtime and I know why Harley has to do it because of emission standards but what do you suggest? Should I do the dipstick modification or should I run Hoses away from the throttle body and vent them to a filter or a catch can? I have a new Lowrider ST with less than 500 km on it so I want to address this issue right away and I value your input. Thanks ahead of time.

Depends on what you’re going for. I prefer the most performance out of my motor so i run a Two Bros racing 2:1. D&D 2:1, Trask performance 2:1, Bassani 2:1. All great pipes If you like true duals, i would go woth true dual rineharts with 4in DBX’s

@@tainted_timmy6726 zippers and other companies like fuel moto and moonshine choose the pipes that make the greatest numbers for the application. D&D is an expensive exhaust that most consumers can’t readily afford which is why i run a TBR. If i could afford a DND trust me i would 😂

Hello! All this is of course very cool! But there are people like me. I am already 67, 51 of them I spent with motorcycles, I started as a mechanic in a sports club, I understand something about motors. But my first Harley. And I was unpleasantly surprised by an absolutely irregular idle, and a knock in the valve cover area from 1800 to 2500 rpm. On the speedometer 200 miles. The two dealers I contacted say this is normal? And what will happen??? What do you say about this? Best regards, Victor.

I have a 2021 Heritage 114 with your recommended Stage 1 upgrade. I am very happy with the performance. I do however miss the familiar "Potato" loping idle of my previous '93 and '04 models. Is any particular after market cam capable of mimicking the old idle, thus making it worthwhile to have a Stage 2?

@Trevon Walker I did go with The S & S 475 Torque Cam. Very happy with it. The exhaust note is phenomenal. I have my familiar "Potato, Potato " Thump back. I also installed a DK Custom External Breather Air filter, Thunder Torque Inserts and a set of Love Jugs cooling fans. Bike is perfect now!

You can't really go 107 to 124, you'll have to change everything.

I put an S&S 124 big bore kit in my fat bob 107. Never changed anything after the stage 1. Hadn't dyno tuned and it runs beautifully. 108 HP and 134 T at max RPM 4000.

Stage 1 is upgraded air filter and slip-ons with a tune. Stage 2 upgrades the cam as well.

Why are the 117 engines so noisy around 2,000 to 2,200 rpms? It's a tapping sound like a lifter is out of adjustment. I've listened to 6 or 7 other 117 engines and they all sound that way. I had a 114 engine before I bought a 2021 Street Glide CVO. The 114 was quiet, I hate riding the 117 its so noisy, it sounds like your running the engine with no oil.
