All About Total Access!

Total access for auditing seniors that DO NOT USE books and materials, do assignments and projects, or take exams, is a ridiculous charge to us. We simply attend a class online or in classrooms as observers, guests of the professor and university. We should be exempt from this and never having paid fees for 16 years other than parking or book rental as a CHOICE (usually a used text from another party) this was a ghastly surprise to find I had this unknown debt in my account…..preventing me from further participation in a much-cherished hobby that I have been promoting with friends and family. I REFUSE to pay a SURPRISE charge that should be a natural benefit of my status in the elderly community. I am also disabled and enjoy ops for zoom classes through canvas. Joanne Iuppa-Hayden
