For the money exchange part I would recommend instead to use an ATM/debit card to withdraw. The rates at the airport money changers are not good VS in the city. If you have no Korean Won at all and have no ATM card then exchange a small amount enough to get you buy your first day. Then exchange the rest at Myeongdong near the Chinese embassy. Way better rates.
