The music reminds me of Vision Quest. You guys that have YT to better your wrestling techniques have no idea how lucky you are to wrestle now. If my coaches in the 80s didn't know something I didn't learn it. I did try to learn from a book but having YT would have been such an asset. The internet and MMA have changed wrestling for the better

"Crazy work ethic you don't see in kids today." Great job of dismissing an entire generation. The generation before you probably said the exact same thing about you and your generation. What you say is just complete garbage. I know a 16 year old kid who's schedule looks like this: EVERY weekday: 8am to 3pm - school 3pm to 4:30pm - after school club activities 5pm to 9pm - work at her job 10pm to 2am - study 2am to 7am - sleep Weekends and Holidays: Work 8-12 hours This kid helps to support her immigrant parents. "Wish my kid half this drive!!" Great way to dismiss your own child. Imagine if your kid watched Max Holloway's epic knockout over Justin Gathje and said, "I wish my dad was as tough and courageous as Max!" Or, after reading Steve Jobs' biography, he/she said, "I was my dad was as smart and driven as Steve Jobs." Think about it.

QUESTION - Do they do another workout later? What is the point of the 5am workout apposed to 9am or 2pm or 7pm if it’s the same workout? I only understand the difficulty if it was Mamba Mentality where they are getting in more volume than their competition by working out more often throughout the day? Time of day does not matter.

For a neighborhood in central PA that isn't near a big city, it's upper middle class which is probably two parents in professional careers. The houses probably sell for roughly $400k to $600k on average. Big houses with big yards in rural/suburban PA are not as expensive as they would be in much of the country near big cities.
