The secret is living below your means!!!! 30k get a house not more than 8k avoid getting things you want as opposed as what you need!! do monthly shopping as opposed to daily shopping its much cheaper!!!! with 30k I believe you can save 8-10k per month.

What do you mean invest in a one bedroom apartment while you are earnings 30k? Where would you be living and how much rent would you be paying while you invest in the one bedroom apartment? How much would you be saving from the 30k, to enable you get a loan upward of 3million to purchase or build the one bedroom apartment?
