Both of my parents are/were chefs and seeing Carl's attention to detail, creativity, execution, along with his positive personality has been amazing. Many would argue feeding a college football team 3x + snacks a day is more difficult than running a restaurant so props to Chef and the whole team, it's been amazing to watch.

i hope other schools/universities see the value in valuing the staff that selects and prepares food for student-athletes and students. there are many schools/universities that put little to no effort in the meals they offer. hopefully this can motivate them to want to do better.

I believe that most major sports universities are feeding their student athletes very well. However where they are missing the mark; they don't have an Uncle Neely exposing their greatness. Missed opportunity IMHO. Great content Sir.

Not so. Many universities do not have this at all. Most PW5 feed their athletes but not like this. You would get this treatment on special nights such as homecoming, first game. Not on an everyday basis. Nothing near this.

Specialty items like steaks, are are typically reserved for special occasions, with regular days featuring simpler options such as hamburgers and hot dogs. Unlike what your seeing from Neely. That’s why they are showing it because it different from other schools. Alabama team is excited to get a steak and beans dinner link below. There is a channel called sports dissected by coiski. They go around and explore college sports facilities and showcase what it takes to feed the team as well. I also think a guy by the name of destroying does something similar also. It’s just the school probably doesn’t have a team like Colorado that give a family like touch!
