A totally first class place! 6 yrs ago we just missed closing on a lot there. Seeing your video makes me wish it had gone thru. Lot prices have tripled, but surprisingly HOA fees are now less. When we bring our coach to Vegas, it’s STILL our favorite place to stay ❤.

This is like a first class Las Vegas resort for RVs. I've actually stayed in some hotel rooms and suites throughout Vegas. The owners must love going back to this resort after a day gambling in the Strip and/or Fremont. Thanks for sharing this, Andrew! Keep up the good work! 👍👍

It would be great some of these resorts would accept class 8 super C coaches like Renegade, ShowHauler, 1492 coaches etc. I just don’t get it. We are interested in buying/participating however I guess super C owners need to start their own properties.

Andrew, I’m glad that you said something about Sadie’s new friend, Welcome to the cat community! I full time out of a bumper pull jayco currently and don’t really move it much. I inherited two cars from my dad, so what I did was flip up one of the bunks and turned that into my cat area. I’m looking to upgrade to an older prevost conversion or older Newell here in the near future. Something a little bit newer than Stapleton42’s. I will be actually traveling in it as there are too many people invading Texas now. Sad. Anyways, I’ve never seen you cover anyone that travels with cats in a luxury motor coach. Obviously, that is something that I I’m interested in. Where do they keep their cat boxes etc. Any insights from anyone would greatly be appreciated! Love the channel and the content. Might even have to call Kyle Bordur to do the scout & remodel if I’m too busy to do it myself at the time.

Question: They mentioned your Class A needs to be 10 years old or newer.... If you purchased a lot and your rig is 8 years old, does that mean when your rig goes over the 10 year old mark that it is no longer allowed there on the lot you own?
