Absolutely love it when you go back to Riverlandings and see how the place is progressing. Fantastic to see Rick and his wife are moving there. Dean’s place still looks a bit isolated though but the way things are progressing it won’t be too long before he has neighbours 😁. Andrew the content you are producing at the moment is incredible. Just kidding I am not selling but there are so many real homes in nice areas where you can park your RV why buy at this type of place? Wonder how many buyers will be happy 5 years from now? Kind of reminds me of the timeshare biz. I can appreciate there are those who want that but to me it would get very boring. Plus I assume there is an HOA on top. I did not make it to the end of this video to find out. I usually enjoy Andrew's videos but seems he may be drinking the Kool- Aid on this "resort".
