One of the Scenes of Long of Permenance make me think of The Hydra or Orochi, an 8 headed snake that is functionally immortal, even if its killed it just returns. The hydra also nearly immortal. They are serpents but in Chinese myth Dragons evolve from Fish or Snakes. 19:08

Edit: My favorite Aeon so far is IX the Nihility, the cutest Aeon of THEM all!!! Honestly, I’m really interested in find out what Idrila, Akivili, Terminus, and Long looks like. Akivili is a very significant Aeon in the main story, due to being the entire reason we’re even capable of going on this journey, and we’re on THEIR Train!!! Yet, we haven’t seen one single image of Akivili, but considering that they’ve traveled alongside the Nameless, they are very likely a small Aeon in size. It’d be a bit tricky getting into the Train otherwise (same can be said for Aha, and maaaybeeee even Idrila?) The most unique thing about Idrila is that Argenti is our biggest hint on THEIR appearance, not only in his splashart do we see a statue of Idrila, but glass panes depicting Idrila as well. His Lightcone even suggests that Idrila has white long hair. These images may be a situation similar to Ena the Order where what you’re seeing isn’t the Aeon THEMSELVES, but the main figure the Aeon wants you to see. (In the Relic Set, Knight of Purity Palace, the helmet is actually supposed to resemble Ena the Order. As we know, this resemblance is of the puppet that Ena controls, not of Ena THEMSELF.) Although we do have depiction of Long the Permanence, it’s very quick and going and can’t truly give us a clear image of what the Aeon actually looks like. We have an extremely good idea, but certain details that explain more about this Aeon THEMSELVES are just not shown to us. So I can’t wait until we get a more clearer depiction of Long the Permanence! Considering that the gaze of Nanook and Xipe were both felt when we obtained their gaze, as well as seen their appearance. It’s very likely that some depiction of Terminus does indeed exist, despite this Aeon being an Aeon you should only ever see in the case of … everything ending. So, we may get to see this Aeon in the Simulated Universe where Finality plays a more significant part of the story within the SU. (Since Elio is the closest thing we have to knowing ANYTHING about Terminus’s appearance, I’m going to assume that the little Kitty that sometimes accompanies Kafka is Elio, and therefore Terminus is a Cosmic Kitty traveling backwards in time.) Now … I swear the Index entry for Mythus the Enigmata (Index for SU) has changed, because I always thought it implied that Enigmata was born from Remembrance, but the current Entry most definitely reads as follows, “Perhaps I can only hope to uncover more information about Mythus by digging into Remembrance, the birthplace of Enigmata.” Which … downright confirms Enigmata’s origins from Remembrance!!! Interestingly enough, this Entry continues on to say, “Alternatively, I can try Finality…” which implies that either Enigmata has some connection with Finality as well, or that Finality’s foresight simply offers up more information about Enigmata than Remembrance. This also implies that Herta has some means of getting into some variation of contact with the Finality, whether this is through Followers of Finality (a very likely possibility) or the Path of Finality itself (not very likely, but very intriguing nonetheless, plus … this is Herta, who knows what she can pull off.). Continuing off of that, there are three details about Mythus I’d like to look more closely into. The Jellyfish is THEIR main symbol, which reminds me of the fact that Black Swan refers to Remembrance as an Ocean during her encounter with Acheron on the dance floor. This just solidifies Enigmata’s origin of Remembrance even more since Jellyfish live in the Ocean. Speaking of the Dance Floor, isn’t the Pose that Mythus is making feel like an invitation to a dance? Thirdly, we can obviously see the many symbolisms of stairs littered all across THEIR design. I believe it’s even been said somewhere in game, that wherever Enigmata appears, a staircase appears as well. So, the Staircase symbolism is definitely important to the Enigmata, it might be a symbolism of tampering with knowledge, or something knowledge adjacent, since Enigmata is all about the manipulation of knowledge. Another small detail I want to bring your attention to, is about Oroboros the Voracity, on THEIR human body, you can see that even it has a few more mouths for eating. Truly, the embodiment of Gluttony … it makes me wonder if the other Aeons also embody one of the Sins as well? - I APOLOGIZE, WENT ON A COMPLETE RANT HERE ABOUT THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS AND AEONS THEY MIGHT CONNECT TO. PROCEED IF YOU’re STILL INTERESTED. - Beauty can definitely be linked to Pride as the Sin of Vanity. Destruction is Wrath, no question there. Nihility is Sloth, also no question there. Abundances could be linked to Lust for their Lust of never ending life. (Lust is a weird Sin to define, since you can apparently Lust for Food without it being the Sin of Gluttony? It’s more defined as a Sin where your own desire takes control over you.) Remembrance could also be the Sin of Greed due to wanting all memories recorded. Harmony could be connected to Envy since Harmony is all about teamwork and being shared, and Envy is the Sin of wanting what somebody else has, and through Harmony, whatever that person has is something you now have as well, even the Emanators of Harmony fall under this power of being shared. (I wonder if Ena also falls under the category of Envy, or if another Sin fits THEM better?) This could be connecting too many dots together and creating a theory out of nothing that leads to nowhere, and there is actually no true connection between the Aeons being slightly represented by Sins. It’s a little difficult to know if your looking for the right information in the right place, or if you’re reading all the information you feel is right only for it not to be, but your suspicion about it being right lives on anyways. I suppose the most important question to ask is, would connecting the Aeons to Sins in any way lead us to deeper insight about the game, or would it simply be a fun thing to notice? In all honesty, finding THEIR Sin is more of an interesting thing to point out, rather than a detail to investigate upon. Unless we’re told more directly that Sins are heavily connected to the Aeons, and therefore finding out how Sins work tells us how the Aeons work, then figuring out their most likened Sin is just an extra detail, with absolutely no true relevance to the game at all.

Tbh i always thought Nannook looks like a hot mummy, his hands in their "cuts" look like unwrapping mummy bandages Also i was amazed when i learned nous is actually a robot head but not robotic eye. The remembrance always seemed off to me, that the goal it strives for is to "gather and preserve memories" it always felt like it crossed over into preservations path abit. The only difference being that qlipoth preserves tangible things while Fuli' is intangible. Always had this feeling that march herself is a preserved memory of fuli before fuli became an aeon. Plus with march being preservation path while having heavy ties to remembrance seems to all connect. Maybe qlipoth and fuli will throwdown during the upcoming aeon war? Also on the idea that march is a preserved memory of fuli, our mc could be a reincarnation of akivili, Elio could be terminus himself or a past version of terminus and the three aeons banded together during the aeon war but then went back in time before the war to make changes because they were losing to destruction. Hell himeko could be some variation of the missing beauty aeon and we're really just a group of untranscended aeons powering up before the war.

My favorite aeons both in concept and designs are xipe and idrilla (i took the idea Argenti splash art represents her, that statue) I adore 3 faced creatures and this puzzle pieces and cosmic dress, her rainbow halo,the concept of music in itself it is all so goddess like, I really can't find words to explain how much i adore the design I really wish ppl do more fan art of her and if possible merch, poster, figurine, brouch anything will do ❤😭

The theory that march is like the rebirth/memory of Fuli makes so much sense especially with the 3.0 quest. The titan of time claims that the tb came into contact with its “mother” and proceeds to go BACK in time before tb was apart of the astral express so they could be gazed upon Fuli. Why go back in time?? I think that since Fuli is in the form of march currently thats the reason they went through a memory for the gaze. Also the fact that the titan changes pronouns from he to she is interesting as well.

Aeon Ena from what i know should be also in amphoreus or she was born here... it is interesting... you see the eye? she looks like titan the one that had this eye... + combinate it with aglaea titan sewing threads... gods... she is fully amphoreus. many of these aeons could be born in amphoreus but mainly Ena. so enemy that attacked amphoreus and them could be? hmm Tayzzyronth? or Ouroboros? also dan heng new form preservation? because of coreflame? but Long should fits the most to dan heng race. Ena? also her sign on the ball/galaxy fits the finality sign somehow on amphoreus like a seal. also sunday works perfect with remembrance? aeon of Ena, aeon of remembrance, aeon of finality and who next?
