Your rendition of "All Along the Watchtower is truly exceptional. I had the opportunity to see Hendrix perform in 1968 at the Cincinnati OH Gardens. His concert was remarkable. If he were still alive today, I think he'd be blown away by your version of one of his iconic songs. Thank you.

Cool to hear this on a tele ! Awesome playing and tone with pedals was perfect. Were you using an amp or software modeling?
@mrandyjohnjones8 ай бұрын
Hey man thank you so much!! Really appreciate that. So I was running my pedals through a TC Helicon Play Electric which I think is discontinued. I've got my eye on a lithium strymon though I think they're called. Basically does a similar thing although probably a bit better.
@carsandguitars1169 ай бұрын
That's way better than what I do with my RC-30 😲How did you plug the pad for the rythm ? I'm very interested because I also have something similar but I only use it with Cubase and never tried to get the sound to the RC-30. Usualluy if I don't use the built-in rythm I just loop inside Cubase directly.
@mrandyjohnjones8 ай бұрын
Hey there!! Thank you so much man!! Really appreciate that. OK so I use a Roland SP404 sample pad although any sampler could do the job. Then I simply link that into one of the loop inputs. 😊🙏
@carsandguitars1168 ай бұрын
@@mrandyjohnjonesThanks. I didn't realize it was a sample pad. In my case it's just a MIDI keyboard with tap pads so I need a software to do something with the inputs. But anyway, you made me think of pluging the output of my soundcard to the looper so it can open some capabilities to my loops.
