the “me sense” is a deeper construct of the ego that has been manipulating us for decades. We are conditioned to think that this is who we are. It is liberating to realize that this and virtually everything is illusory. Now, I am very “light” in all of my daily interactions, this includes work, family, social.

Lovvved this talk. I'm at a point that I was looking so desperately for someone to talk (to be honest 'confirm') what I had realised because my realisation seems to be more intellectual or logical than experiential as opposed to what many others share. That often breeds doubts that the mind is making up stories because it wants an experience. And that's when I look for videos that can confirm what I had realised. This video of yours I could relate soooo much with - every single word although I reiterate that I did not have any so-called experiential understanding of it but that sense is somewhere there. The belief in the story and the character is losing its grip. And what you shared helped me understand it even better. Once in the past at a similar phase of experience in life, I found a video of Adya that I sooo very much resonated with. . But I still feel sad that not many teachers talk so openly about it WITHOUT ANY FILTERS especially as you did in this video. Although I understand that once they are known & famous, there also comes a responsibility to sound a certain way (by which I mean - giving concessions to the mind and talking to that apparent person/character) ... But I feel sooo happy that there are people like you who are coming up with videos like these and sharing what it is like without any tweaking or manipulation or concessions to the mind ... So sooo grateful ! This is the third video of yours that I have seen ... and the video I watched yesterday, I came to know about Anna Brown through you. Thank you so much, I will check out her videos too. Btw, I loved the straightforwardness & honesty in this talk so much that I immediately subscribed. Please keep it this straightforward, honest & genuine always. And thanks a million tonnn once again 💝🙏🏻

I like to be myself but not be myself at the same time, letting go being free and not holding onto any particular image or concept, its liberating. Thank you for the lovely videos.

Great video!! I look forward to discussing with you soon, Authentic and genuine ❤️ this character experiences full on pain and it seems obvious that regardless of “me” or no “me” this so called life contains multitudes

14:16 the caution mentioned is noted. Transmission requires reception for knowledge to emerge. Thank you Suzanne. Your talks reactivate forgotten ancient wisdom learned at an earlier time of life. 🙏🏼🙏🏽🙏🏾

As the heart sutra says. Aum ❤ Beautyful expressed...the same here...the preference 2 vanish we call pain and suffering...its just the believe in reality what been happening or call it intensity...which already is a ,,real dreamed dream" or halluzination or hypnotic state...its all unreal in reality...but can imagined real and that can cause pain.

Hi Suzanne What is the me-sense? Sounds like you're saying that the roles we play are illusions. Am i correct?
@suzanne-chang2 жыл бұрын
The me-sense is a whole-body, energetic contraction. Doesn't seem to be clear as to what it is exactly until it's gone so it can't really be imagined. And when it's gone it's seen by no-one that it was an illusory effect. A very convincing one at that. The 'me' can take on roles and that's what it naturally does. It is the sense of self. It feels as if it owns a life and is living a life. But that's just what's happening. Nothing right or wrong with it. That too is this unconditional perfection appearing as a separate sense of self.
