Yup, almost nobody will ever understand this stuff. They're to busy buying into the dream and they don't want to wake up. People usually don't want to wake up from a dream. It's not until the dream because a nightmare do they scream and try to wake up. Yet either way, whether a dream or a nightmare....both worlds are false.

I like this gutsy talk it helps...A long life of working....dropping my garbage along the way . The awakening, the guru, the marriage, the widower, the aloneness, 50 odd years to get to a degree of freedom....but so worth it.

I listen to these Suzanne Non Duality videos like music. Hey, Self, what do you feel like listening to? A playlist? Desert Dwellers? Bang Your Head rock? Now and Zen? Knowledge words? Suzanne Non Duality? Or just this, the sounds of the ten thousand things??? 😆 So, thank you, Suzanne, for your contribution to "enlightenment music".

@@mat.se57 thank you for that valuable piece of 'advice' after having g lost the man I loved through his suicide, spending months totally.on my own, like totally on my own, in another country, watching every single thing my mind tried to hide, feeling every inch of my body, in agony, this is really the last thing I needed. Eternally grateful. NOT don't make non duality into a practice, think your way through it, read all the books, life (aka desth) will come after you and kill all your fakeness. Apologies Suzanne really had to get that off my chest.

You are perfectly where you need to be, our ‘shadows’ can step over the line past healthy motivational opposition and debate to superior almost nihilist put-down energy. It’s all part of it, ultimately you have the last word and you decide what’s true for you. Mind? Ego? Maybe they exist. Maybe just words describing patterns and ideas as we discover who we really are ❤
@felice9907
@felice9907 11 ай бұрын
@@mannutdutd ego and mind are just other concepts ... which means we are free to say what they are and if they exist or not. we can use them as tools at certain moments. suzanne tells it as it is: what is left is the ALL ... the emptiness which is full of potential.

I woke up at 4:30 am, filled with thoughts and worries about why I am still single despite having a house, a job, and everything else I need. Living alone scares me, especially when all my friends are already married. Nonetheless, I appreciate this video as it serves as a temporary relief from my troubles, like a painkiller.

same situation here, don't be gamed, the trick is to be just as happy without a family as you are WITH a family, once you get to that place, you are truly free, you're already free, you just dont fully realize it yet..I encounter those feelings every once in a while, wouldn't be human if we didn't, just dont attach to those feelings

Waking up in the night with worrying thoughts is a prompt from Spirit to let it all be here without the usual defences that caused you to be single in the first place. Same here and that's not a temporary relief like a pain killer. It's the cure.

I am sure many people that have gone before you have left excellent pointers. Here is mine from the Tibetan tradition. Wisdom without compassion or compassion without wisdom both result in bondage. You are doing wonderfully just letting things unfold as they will on their own. I just want to remind you of the importance of the heart center. When the heart finds its full expression, all that appears will be a manifestation of compassionate energy and related to as a gift.

If you have a teacher then I’m afraid you rely, are dependent, and you made yourself believe to live a “spiritual” life. Even hearing this on your end would likely be responded too with resistance, because if it would be true, then the self would be trouble. Only use other people’s “lessons” as a mirror and then proceed with your own truth.

Without any context about your life or person it's hard to give advice, but writing thoughts down and reflecting (in written words) upon them was crucial for me. What are the values you have/had? Why these ones? What was different when you didn't feel this way? ... Thinking your way out is way way way harder than writing. The words you choose are getting concrete and you can revise them and look back and refine your own conceptualisation of yourself. If you have a decent representation of your own existence, you will find your own personal meaning on this little earth. Momentary emptiness and recognition of the illusion of ego (which is so so blissfull) should not end in loosing every aim or ambition (which feels haunting). I also feel "empty" after my daily meditation, but it's the best kind of empty there is and I surely am way more grateful and happy with very little and have no big ambitions other than being a good and loving person - but these are still needed objectives to feel fulfilled. Keep on exploring your own conciousness, don't dwell in this sense of objective meaninglessness - though true, subjective value is everywhere - it is all about your perspective. If you want a concrete value to pursue, although it sounds cheesy, 'love' really is the best way to find deep meaning in this world (although hard to find and hard to give). I am a biologist and with my emotional maturity I really started to love every organism there is. Real deep unironic love for everything alive. I know that this won't work for every person, but it is worth every try you can muster. Hope you find your way - it's nothing easy and sadly not every person will even come close to my personal luck and position in life, which enables this fundamentally positive outlook (after being depressed for most of my life). Also humor, gratefulnes, wonder about reality, intellectual growth.... there are many things to live for my dear fellow human :)

Energy is simple frequency. If the character you've created is resonating with that energy, allow the body to be there... The body is a mechanism, right? If the body is running on a frequency then allow it to flow in and flow out. It's doing it's job, so pay attention... Don't victimize your character. Observe and make changes if "YOU" will it. Break things down to nothing, you can build out whatever character you want. The problem as I see it in today's world is about having the need to control everything, and feeling like we control nothing (people in power do their darnedest to keep that a running theme)... Hence why people dive deep into religion, bad habits, unhealthy conditions (repeated pattens of energy), and so on... The body's capability to connect to what we see as the spiritual/energetic world (however you perceive it) is quite exceptional. It's now proven that EVERYTHING is energy, right. Frequency. Abraham Hicks, Gregg Braden, Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Kyle Cease, Andrew Huberman, Jason Shurka, etc, are a small collective of MANY others that are all correct... JUST like you. All journey's are impacting everyone. We are connected. AND through what I understand (including your perception) we are able to redefine this world, and bring in higher energy for a better human experience. ALL it requires is YOUR will for YOUR life. Love is a universal frequency...

a brain-for-rest … relief and belief...as a non-native English speaker, I only ever 'see' the leaf within by hearing it. Leaf and love are so close together, Dutch liefde means love, close to German Laub (leaves) as you find in Glaube (believe), Erlaubnis, Urlaub (leave), there is so much green in it, same goes for Danish elskov (love) where a large part is made of wood (skov), but actually doesn't mean Wald (forest), but Danish vold (Gewalt), meaning force, power or just energy. You're a little forest girl and you can show the inner meaning of the icelandic ragnvold (power of God), which is synonymous with rainforest (Regenwald)...

The voice keeps trying it's hardest to just stay alive. It literally does not give a shit about what "i" actually wants or believes in. It will use any opportunity to just prolong it's lifespan. It's so beautifully ironic how much it tries to enforce the belief that it's looking for "my" best interest but it's actually just desperately latching for comfort. It's like a little paranoid child seeing scary shapes in the dark & thinking covering itself up with a blanket is enough to protect itself.

The younger a human character is the easier it is to wake up, simply because their less ego crap they attached to that has to be burned away. A 20 year old will go through the process quicker then a 60 year old. The longer you accepted the dream, the harder it is to discard it. Would you rather go, say 20 years before realizing you were wrong this whole time and grateful that you found out now, or would you rather go 60 years and then realize you were fooled that long!

I’m having trouble with the dream being unreal, an illusion, a fooling of sorts? I can see how mid 30s made it harder to contemplate it being the only thing, but I’m still grateful for the experience, even the nightmare part! Yes waking in my 20s would have been a damn sight easier but I had some epic human experiences in my 30s that I would have missed and that before which I probably would have had to drive to bother contemplating the Tao

@@mannutdutd Unsure how I never noticed you responded to my post. Apologies. My own experience triggered when my character was 26. The gap between a person in their mid 20's to mid 30's wouldn't be to big. Maybe a year more if that. As for those experiences, every experience a character has, was always meant to be had. You had no choice in the matter. Granted no matter what the experience is, it will always still be an illusion that doesn't matter. As for "Tao", I won't get into that to much. I'll only say, Tao is just another bullshit belief. A belief with the purpose of trying to find some kind of eternal peace. It's no more helpful then a menu at a restaurant.

Hi. Yeah I can imagine younger crowds being able to embrace non-duality because they have grown in the age nearing the technological singularity. They can have insight as to all of the conditional values that lead well, towards conditional freedom. But also, it seems these practices all have that secret twist to them. How to really get the message, or the point, or the awakening. But, their conditional value leads to conditional conflict, as well. So is there a more direct path towards unconditional freedom? A big avenue where in one can define why unconditional freedom is sought is the problem of addiction. The manner in which this process is described here is not unlike the language describing recovery from addiction. Sometimes arduous, difficult and made up of emotions not regularly felt. Except here, the lowest common denominator is come upon. The duality. Thanks again for another video. Also, would you consider making a discord server? Younger crowds tend to enjoy that space. I never used it until now and its been nice having a like minded crowd together. Also, that language, oh boy....😋✌
