I think the reason Egypt drops a basic cat clone is because it isn't really Egypt in the original Japanese version! In the Japanese version, rather than the world, the cats in EoC conquer different parts of Japan. So it probably makes more sense for her to be in the Japanese substitute for Egypt isntead😅
