Firstly, let me say really loved Ur Reaction; Secondly, Cullen is Old-School Player started AB-Career in 1996 I believe & Retired in 2005 but during tht particular-time I'm Pretty-Sure he was for the most-prt the fastest Rugby-Player around at the time (only Player cld possibly give him competition in speed-department @time was Joeli Vidiri) but even as a SA I hve to say Cullen the GOAT in his Position of Fullback!!!! @Present, though, fastest Players possibly Grant Williams/Kobus Reinach (same position of Scrum-half), Carlin Isle, Kurtley Arendse & Rieko Iaone these guys are Pure Gas honestly hard to knw who is the fastest out of these Players!!!!
