@@tearohadiamond8530 each gym has different kgs for the colours. All I know is. I’ve seen him squat in person at the gym in Hamilton and he’s barely squatting 100 clean. Definitely not 190

@@thomasvinsen1410 the red plates are 25kgs, the yellows are 20kgs and the green are 10kgs, those are the actual weight of those plates you see on those bars, its even written on the plates??? If you saw him struggling with 100kgs maybe he was carrying an injury, most average rugby players should be hitting 100kgs on their 2nd set.
