A lot of the non human characters in this game are either thousands or millions of years old. Liu Kang and Geras are the oldest living beings seeing as they have created multiple timelines prior to the current one. They could be over billions of years old or even older.

Not completely relevant to MK1 because it's a different timeline and certain origins and ages were changed for characters. However, Shang is now from Outworld instead of Earthrealm so he very well could still be 10,000 years old since Outworlders have long lives and he's legitimately a young man for their standards instead of having to steal souls to maintain his youth like he did in the original timeline due to his human lifespan

I have to estimate how old he was while out hunting, i doubt Mama Vrbada was taking Tomáš and his sister around if they were younger than 10, that's just child endangerment, as it wasn't already. I agree with most of these but here are my two cents. 1- Remember Mileena was about to inherit the throne when the story starts so although it's confirmed they're 10K years old, I'd say the Earth equivalent of their age it's 21. 2- I read somewhere that Bi Han is supposed to be 10 years older than Kuai Liang and that Tomás is about the same age as Kuai Liang. We know for a fact that Hanzo is the same age as Tomás was when the Lin Kuei adopted him as he states in his ending "He reminded me of me 14 years ago" and Hanzo looks like a prepubescent boy so less than 12, which makes Smoke 24-26 yo and Scorpion around that same age, let's say 26-28. Yes, Bi Han is most definitely around 36. 3- I think Kenshi is on his mid 30s (34-37) simply the vibes I get from his personality, he acts with a lot more maturity than Kung Lao or Raiden, but that's just my personal opinion so I accept yours. 4- Remember Johnny's career was at its declive so unless he was a child star and did something like Kobra Kai or Karate Kid he should be at least 40 to 45 which is the age most male actors start struggling to get new roles because younger talents are earning popularity.
