His death was not all for nothing. His actions led to Wolffe and Gregor removing their chips and Ahsoka finding out about the clones and getting Rex’s chip removed. Kanan somehow found out about the chips but still had PTSD from the order and had distrust of clones. Kix found out what Fives died for and he was frozen for 50 years (leading him to not carrying out order 66 but sadly him becoming the only Jango Fett clone left in the galaxy). Nala Se got what was coming to her for not listening to Fives warnings and now her city is gone and her people are endangered species.

I always love seeing the clones calling each other brother , even though the clones were drunk ,we clearly see that they all love and care about each other . I do believe that even after the rise of the empire , the clones were still close with each other and always look out for each other , especially when the tk stormtrooper program began and most of the regs were honorably discharge . While we know that the 501st , 212 and Delta squad were purely still made up of jango feet clones , I do believe that the clones were hurt when they saw their brother’s discharge from the empire .

It's funny how Domino squad were never good when working as a team but the survivors ended up becoming ARC Troopers. ARC Troopers are famous for being lone wolves and aren't tied to any battalion except the ARC Trooper corps. Also before anyone says anything Fives and Echo were no longer 501st troopers after they became ARCs.

I personally am getting tired of a clone leaving the empire and joining the rebels in ever show that has come out recently , crosshair had the chance to be that breaking point . He showed us a clone that was loyal to the empire ( even though he removed his chip ) , this proves that the chips idea in clone wars is not needed in my personal opinion , the og 2005 battlefront game said it best , did we have any doubts ? Any traitorous thoughts ? Perhaps but no one said a word . I wish someone would make a show that shows us a clone trooper that found out the truth about the chips but never said anything and followed along with order 66 , they could even just use the rise of the empire singe player story mode from the og battlefront game and use that unnamed clone trooper as our protagonist . Since delta squad is canon agian , we see that scorch more then likely followed through with order 66 and in cannon the republic commandos didn’t have the chips in them but delta squad still followed through with the orders . This proves that before clone wars reconed the the republic commandos and the og battlefront games , that following order 66 was a personal choice that each clone had to made for himself . In my personal opinion , there is no need for the chips . They could’ve still expanded on the clones without adding the chips . Don’t get me wrong , I really love this show and it’s adds so much more lore then the movies ever did but they didn’t have to change the clones .
