It depends on the budget you have. Most of CRM systems have a great contact management. Best value for money has Zoho, which is perfect for small and medium companies. For large companies Salesforce is a better option, but it's quite pricy

We have also been looking for a better system of handling our contacts, prospect, customers and partners. Two months ago we moved from a combo of Trello, Asana and Taskade over to SmartSuite. Before that we tried HubSpot Starter and Zoho Bigin and also had a look at ClickUp, but felt that neither of them were a really good fit for our workflows. It is always difficult to give advice concerning software choices because every company or solo entrepreneur have different needs and preferences about what they believe being a good user experience/user interface. We are so far very happy with SmartSuite, both the software’s capabilities, easy to understand and easy to tweak user interface and maybe more than anything else, their support and willingness to listen to customer feedback. They have a free plan that gives you access to the full experience.
