As a Shinobu main, her low damage does tend to get on my nerves, but her combos are very applicable. For example, one I commonly use is the tilt special, and once it connects I use regular special, do almost a full combo and the poison special.

It's nice to see I'm not the only person who thinks Lady Tamayo and Yushiro are underpowered. As someone who mains them, I absolutely agree with your placement. Low damage, mediocre abilities, and their 2 main combo starters are either easily dodgeable or really hard to land. I'd love to see a buff, but it also gives me a sense of pride knowing I beat a Tengen with arguably the worst characters.

I have been thinking Urokodaki wasn’t good enough for A tier for quite a while and it’s only because of his lack of speed, his traps replacing his DP button while being easy to destroy on neutral that said his durability, high damage and (while risky) resets make him so much fun to play

I firmly believe we are getting more characters as seasons progress. MHA did it, yes, they made a second game but that second game was the final one and they just kept adding things to it. We may get a second demon slayer game that acts as the main game to add things to. We shall see. Either way, they aren't going to just leave it there when all the best fights later on from the (yet to be animated) series haven't been given the spotlight yet. So many good characters need to be added such as Kokushibo, Yoriichi, Douma and all the hashiras that haven't had many fights drawn to the spotlight. 100% we are getting those characters eventually.

I main makomo and I have never had any problems with her dropping combos, you sometimes have to add a special to continue because of the corner but it’s really easy to work around and get the same amount of damage, and even then most of the time the corner doesn’t make it drop Shinobu is really hard to play very well but with the right combos and teammates she does very well

Perfect tier list, expect one thing.Let's be honest, Nezuko is s+ tier with akaza and Susamaru, is extremely overpowered compare to the other characters in S and below, her 1.0 dmg multiplier make her tanki and she does a ton of dmg.I think globku tier list make perfect sense thought, good job!

Globku im going too keep it 100% honest i love this tier list i think its very correct, it has a very solid reason for all the placements and i would change nothing. My only gripe is with your final opinion on people playing gyutaro wrong; because i firmly believe he cant be played wrong its all up too playstyle ive watched your previous video and while the GB Setup works its not always something you want too do, a well timed boost can complety throw that setup away if they boost on tilt skill making it a waste of meter and returning too neutral, and there are Definitely some Professional players who really enjoy meter dumping with him but thats just bad meter Preservation on there part. He has so much freedom to do whatever he wants And hes also the only demon (aside from enmu) that can be consistantly saved by his demon skill; that plus his all around kit and ability too heal like akaza, he becomes another demon you have too play around at his own game and is only really countered by the top 2 demons which is why i would say he fits SNUGGLY in S tier, because when theres only 2 DEMONS that can effectivly take care of you i would say the rest of the slayers should be shaking. And if your main drawback on S tier is whiffing moves and being unsafe then thats most of, if not the entire rosters weakness excludeing ED Ino his gaurd skill is the king of whiffing and not getting punished. And of course we are talking about competitive play here soo taking into consideration that alot of Good players arent just always whiffing skills in Neutral the slayers just have extra poison too deal with, on top of an already disgusting demon that also wins neutral easily and forces you too play there game; But id love too hear more from anyone else i personally feel like gyutaro just got slapped into a naughty corner for no reason when i would say hes right behind susu and akaza if not above akaza and below susu i think susu's playstyle is way too cheap too be as broken as she is. But thats all still a great tier list still got amazing points well done globku 👏👏

Amazing list. I will always advocate for Tengen’s DP to get buffed. Needs more speed or recovery time for that tiny damage, worst DP in the entire game since it’s just a combo extender. Really wish his DP was AOE like Gyutoro like when Tengen first revealed his blades in anime and smashed the ground with both blades.

actually im a yushiro and tamayo main. and i can say yes they suck but if you master the block special, youre even more invincible than a giyu mastering his block special. as yushiros block special can straight up dodge EVERYTHING even all specials. its amazing. and his damage isnt that bad either and summoning tamayo isnt that bad either. i really enjoy them XD

My demon and slayer mains are D and B tiers. I just play differently and character matchups are important. I think every character can be used greatly EXCEPT Awakened Nez. She doesn't have anything special about her. Even Yushiro is special but Nez can be easily punished, has no resets, and has to waste a special just to do damage. She has very limited routes when it comes to combos. She's really just a one trick pony

I do agree with yahaba just outright beating enmu. With the amount of damage from rock throws and the heave deleting the ranger melee attacks. Ya have is so much safer in the air since no support and can bypass enmus range attacks easily. Enmu had ways to get in but unfortunately it’s not the best ways and kinda risky tbh.

The only one I disagree with is Demon Nezuko as while yes, she can be incredibly unsafe, she only needs to really hit you twice most the time and can hit very hard. I'd say she's B at most. As for Yushido, yea I agree completely cause I like playing him but yea he sucks. Akaza is my OG character from day one

She needs to hit you twice but with full ressources and since she's the most predictable character she will be forced to tank damages or waste her assist for escaping and without it she does mediocre damage. She has 0 qualities whatsoever, it's a free win for any good player matching against her.

I think the funniest thing is that a majority of demon made people they can’t just do what they want and have to think about their approach. Shinobu is the perfect example where she good when she allowed to use her moves in neutral. But most demons and tengan do not let’s for that to happen

I’m not very good in neutral so I struggle so much fighting Enmu or Susamaru players. Every Susamaru I face waits for me to get close to tilt skill and start going at it with the projectiles, and every Enmu player I face only stays spamming projectiles.

That’s cause demons broke the game, they don’t have to play neutral so most ppl just wait for you to come to them, completely kills the momentum if you decide to do nothing

after about a week* of playing this game here are my thoughts i was an enmu main for a bit getting alot of wins at first but then i kept running into zenitsus who i just couldnt keep up with so now i main rengoku with nezuko assist hes been pretty fun and his damage output is crazy.

I still can't believe Shinobu at D tier, she can dash into a out beat many moves with her tilt special, she can be positive aggressive, long sword means she wins trades on stubby characters, Also Daki feels A to me, the invincible armor is just too good to be a B tier I agree Nezuko is S, cause I main her, and she's almost perfect for playing all matches

For Makamo you would need patience for combo's. if you rush to do damage. it'll drop. and there is some good combo's you can do for at least 40 or 50% damage. depending who you are fighting.

i have have been looking to buy this game... for quite some time now... but lack of power from my PC and lack of money postponed this from the 1 month after release to 1 month after the last possible content to see or join.... i really hope for either a big balance patch that might bring back some of it's competetive scene or... Kimetsu 2 with more character variety than 3 tanjiro after the long awaited season 3. i really want to play this game... but i doubt i ll find people online... .... why am i nagging about it here....? i don't know.... anyway i mostly agree with the tier list as a viewer and nothing else... Enmu and Rui would be slightly higher in my book if i had to change anything P.S. Arna is still the hypest player to watch!! (best switchtechs)

Hopefully this doesn’t get patched but nezuko awakened is the best in the game. Her grab is cheese, especially if she doubles awakens. You can run through attacks go to your oppenent and grab him or her and take 25 percent of they health away. When she is not double awakened she can grab for 20 percent health. Just be smart with her grabs and you can win. I went up 10 RANKS WITH HER!!! She is too cracked.

I do not get the hype around ED Zenitsu at all. A meter heavy character with a normal amount of damage. The only neutral tool he has is his neutral skill. His assist is good, but ranking him S Tier for the skill and assist alone is not something I, personally, agree with.

I've heard alot the more u train with him,the better it gets. I've seen lots of amazing gameplay with him. His assist is very good actually. Its very fast (might be the fastest in the game) and does great gaurd damage too. I think he really shines in dealing pressure and being quite quick. He's very different to how original zen is played btw.

I think enmu is the best character in the game. Sure it’s easy to run from him when you have the health advantage, but getting that advantage is hard enough. It’s hard to get close to him

I really enjoy watching all your Demon Slayer videos and I'm fascinated by what the pro players on PC get out of each character. The game itself is really fun and the battle system invites a lot of experimentation, BUT I can't get over the fact that the multiplayer on PS is unacceptable. This netcode just ruins the whole game for me, because it absolutely takes away my motivation. I have fun trying out the new DLC characters every time, because I find almost all of them really good. But as soon as you want to put them to the test in multiplayer, I can't enjoy the game anymore. Just sad...

Huh? He has the fastest assist activation in the game at close range, so fast he gets invincibility frames on startup! I've gotten punished fir winning neutral by that damn assist, it's godly. He's not as great on point, but still really good and overall S for me.

Does anyone know, who has it for the PlayStation and doesn't have the complete version.. if you need to have playstation plus to have access to the DLC characters? I was looking to get the game since it was on sale but I don't currently have playstation plus. I looked it up and it said you just can't do the online fights but that's not a problem to me. I just want to know if you can use them within single player confines and even fights between you and another person with a controller even if that's not "online". I've been doing all the research I can but I have to way to confirm it. So if someone has any insight on the matter I will appreciate it greatly
